Canterbury Court
Lalique C
Presidio - Wolkenstein II - Lemon Park - Wenzel 2010 Chestnut Oldenburg Filly
|

Lalique C is a very modern and elegant
warmblood with long legs and beautiful type.
She shows the very best of the Weltmeyer
type with an upright build, round pole, elastic
movement and a powerful hindquarter. She is
interesting not only as a performance
prospect but as a broodmare as well. Lalique
carries the blood of 4 major warmblood
foundation mares - Landschaft (foundation
dam for Argentan, Western Star, and Lancet),
Marbel (foundation mare of Garibaldi I and II,
and foundation mare for German and European
mare show champions) and Fusion (foundation
mare with over a dozen approved stallions and
Olympic horses). She also has a balanced
consolidation of the sires Absatz, Marcio xx,
Grande, Woerman, and Frustra II. As she has
no Rubenstein, Donnerhall, or Sandro Hit
blood, she will be an excellent outcross to any
stallions from these lines.
At her inspection, Lalique received favorable
comments about her modern type, long legs,
lovely trot and especially her walk, the best of
the day. She naturally received a First
Premium award.
