Canterbury Court
Polo received a First Premium from the
Oldenburg Verband and was judged of
high enough quality to be a stallion
candidate. Dr Evelyn Schlottmann stated
that he looked and moved just like his
grandsire Grand Prix of Aachen winner
Cordalme did as a foal. Polo has grown
up to be a very handsome horse with the
flat kneed trot prized in the hunter ring.
He shows talent over fences and a
natural uphill balance in his movement.
He could certainly be a first class hunter
or dressage  prospect. Polo has been
started under saddle and is very
balanced. He was able to pick up both
canter leads without problem by his
second week of training. Polo is very
friendly and will do almost anything for a
carrot. He should finish at 16.1 - 16.3
hands.
